Janka Krings-Klebe
Janka is an industry professional, author, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of industrial transformation practice in multinational companies, designing, leading, coaching, and implementing enterprise-wide transformation projects and effective technology rollouts.
In 2016 she co-founded co-shift GmbH, supporting companies in digital transformation and business ecosystems.
She deeply understands new principles of managing in all levels of business to meet the challenges ahead.
Janka is also founding member of the Business Ecosystem Alliance, a lecturer at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship and a frequent contributor to the Peter Drucker Forum.
Recent books include Future Legends: Business in Hyper-Dynamic Markets (with Jörg Schreiner & Joachim Heinz), creating a setup for future business ecosystems and including Haier as a case study. She also coauthored Thinkers50 latest book The Power of Ecosystems (Thinkers50 2021).
