About the Presenters
Lenka Pincot
Chief of Staff to the CEO at PMI
With over 20 years of experience in international organizations across multiple sectors, Lenka has a proven track record in setting and executing strategic vision, digital transformation leadership, culture shifts, and enhancing organizational agility.
In her current role as PMI's Chief of Staff to the CEO, Lenka heads the CEO & Board Communications, Culture & Change, and Content & Thought Leadership teams. She also leads the Enterprise Project Management Office and Brightline Initiative.
Prior to joining PMI, Lenka served as the Head of Agile Transformation at Raiffeisenbank, where she defined and executed the organization’s transformation vision and strategy.
Lenka holds a Master’s in Computer Sciences, a Digital Excellence Diploma from the IMD Business School of Switzerland and completed the European Women in Boards C-Level Program. She holds certifications in project management, agile practices, and business analysis, including the following PMI Credentials: PMP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-ACP.
Eddi Conforto
Director of Thought Leadership & Research at PMI
Edivandro is the Director of Thought Leadership and Research at the Project Management Institute (PMI). Between 2017 and 2020 he was a thought leader and global executive advisor responsible for the Brightline Initiative, a PMI Think Tank. More recently, he served as a Managing Director at Accenture, where he led the Latin America Business Transformation and Business Agility practice.
Edivandro is a seasoned Global Executive Leader, Foresight Strategist and Advisor to C-Level with over 17 years of experience driving innovative and strategic business transformation programs for multinational organizations in different industry sectors. He co-authored 10 books and over 50 articles on business agility, transformation, strategy, innovation, and technology, published in renowned international journals and magazines.
Edivandro is a former MIT Research Fellow, and holds a Post-Doctorate from MIT, with a PhD and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo.
Tahirou Assane
Director of Brightline at PMI
Tahirou Assane has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management. As Director of Brightline at PMI, Tahirou oversees the activities under the three benefit pillars of thought and practice leadership, networking, and capability building. Through Brightline, Tahirou led the development of the Organizational Transformation Series and championed Brightline flagship event Strategy@Work.
Prior to PMI, Tahirou worked as the deputy director of infrastructure and project management group in the United Nations Office for Project Services supporting the successful implementation of peacebuilding, humanitarian, and development projects around the world.
Before the United Nations, Tahirou was a senior project manager with the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario where he provided technical capabilities and expertise to ensure excellence in the delivery of complex highway projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
Tahirou is a co-author of several book articles and reports including Blockchain-Driven Transformation (2021), Perpetual Transformation (2021), Building Resilient Organizations (2022) and The Digital Transformation Playbook (2023)
